2. Where do you ship to and from? We currently focus on serving customers within the Republic of Ireland. To ensure the best availability and quality, our products are shipped from our international fulfillment centers.

3. When will my order be processed? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once processed, your order is shipped the following business day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

4. How long does delivery take? The estimated delivery time for Ireland is 4–8 business days after dispatch. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, please account for potential minor delays due to courier volume or peak seasons.

5. What if I do not receive my order? If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at support@backliv.com if your tracking has not updated for an extended period.

6. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? Prices on our website are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT. We strive to ensure a seamless experience; for most orders, no additional customs charges will apply upon delivery within Ireland.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders quickly. You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order cannot be changed, and you will need to follow our return process after delivery.

8. How do I return an item? You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return:

  • Email support@backliv.com with your order number.

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Defective/Incorrect items: Backliv covers the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

9. When will I receive my refund? Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
