1. Shipping Market & Costs

We specialize in serving the Irish market. To provide the best value, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Ireland.

  • Currency: All transactions and shipping rates are processed in Euro (€).

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

Our delivery process is broken down into two stages:

Stage Duration
Order Handling Time 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery 4 – 8 Business Days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 20:00 (IST - Irish Standard Time). Orders placed before this time will be processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery progress in real-time from our facility to your doorstep.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as courier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@backliv.com. Our team will investigate and assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

5. Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout (including Eircode where possible). We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused, we reserve the right to charge for any additional reshipping costs.
