At Backliv, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is fully compliant with Irish consumer protection laws and the EU Distance Selling Directive.

1. Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@backliv.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label via email.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

3. Item Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Backliv covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid label at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind (Remorse): If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you don't like it or it doesn't fit), you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees (€0.00).

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Currency: All refunds are processed in Euro (€).

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@backliv.com to start the process.
